There are a number of ways you can show your support and help ensure that Brainwave can continue to support children and families in need. Brainwave does not receive any government funding at this stage, relying on fundraising efforts, corporate partners and sponsors and community donations to make a difference.
Any financial support will make a real difference to the lives of the children and families Brainwave supports. Donations of any size will make a positive difference to a little life
Work place giving scheme
An agreed pre-tax amount is deducted from your salary by payroll and passed on to Brainwave. You might not notice the small deduction in take home pay but you will notice how it feels knowing you’re helping. Good.
A sustainability fund set up by Brainwave to raise a capital base for the organisation of $1 million. We are seeking 40 supporters to offer ongoing financial support via the pledge of an annual fully tax deductable donation of $5000 for five years. The funds will be held in a trust account and will underpin the future and ensure that Brainwave will continue its important work.
Dedicate a bequest
You can create a lasting legacy by leaving money to Brainwave in your will – ask your loved ones to carry out your generous wishes to help a child in need.
Donate in memory
The nature of our work means that sometimes we lose Brainwave children to their illness. Their families often seek a way to honour their child’s memory and to keep their connection with Brainwave. This is such an individual decision for each family and something we can discuss when the time is right.
