Brainwave held its gala dinner in Melbourne on Friday 20th August at The Hilton on the Park. Guests joined in the masquerade theme, arriving in elaborate and mysterious masks, creating a fun night of intrigue.

Brainwave held their inaugural NSW Family Day at Australia Walkabout Park on Sunday May 2nd. Families who attended were treated to unique experiences from throwing boomerangs to handling a python. On a beautiful sunny morning in Melbourne on the 6th of December, Brainwave held the 2009 Luna Park Christmas party. Over 300 families came along and enjoyed the day. A big thank you to our Platinum Sponsor Luna Park Melbourne for making it all possible and to our wonderful volunteers from Mills Oakley.
Brainwave recently held a fund raising night at Crown Casino in Melbourne which served a dual purpose; to take an exclusive tour behind the scenes and to receive a generous donation of $10,000 from the Commonwealth Bank.
