Brainspace registration starts with the identification and registration of a patient. If you are the patient, you can do this yourself or a parent can do this for you. Once a patient is approved, parents, siblings and the patient (if necessary) can register using Brainspace Family Member Registration or the application on this page.
If you are a medical practitioner, please complete the below details repeating your own details in the patient details.
Please be aware that your user name and password will only allow you to have access to the forum relevant to you. i.e.: Patient, Sibling or Parent forum. Each family member, should they choose to participate needs to register separately using Brainspace Family Member Registration.
